The SEAFDEC Training Department (TD) is organizing training activities on “the Study Larvae in Cambodia Waters and Human Resource Development of Cambodia Research in Larvae Identifications” from 1 to 31 August 2017 at TD laboratory for two (2) potential researchers from FiA Cambodia. The aims to enhance capacity building on fish larvae identification. The training is conducted and supervised by SEAFDEC researcher and resource persons on fish larvae.
The activity is followed from “Marine Fisheries Collaborative Research Survey” between Fisheries Administrative (FiA) Cambodia, National Fisheries University (NFU) Japan, and SEAFDEC/TD in the Cambodian Waters in 2016, under the project of “Offshore Fisheries Resource Exploration in Southeast Asia”.
