CAPACITY BUILDING ON GENDER SENSITIVITIES IN INDONESIA

The Capacity Building on Gender Sensitivity and Responsiveness: National Marine Resources and Fisheries Gender Roadmap Workshop were organized from 26 to 27 March 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia by USAID Oceans Fisheries Partnership project in cooperation with the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The workshop aims to capacity building on gender sensitivities and responsiveness through review of gender perspective in marine and fisheries roadmap in Bitung which is the project site for implementation of USAID Ocean Fisheries Partnership project. In the Workshop, Technical Working Group (TWG) on Human welfare of SEAFDEC also presented lessons learned from gender analysis tools in marine resources and fisheries: SEAFDEC Gender studies in coastal fisheries in Southeast Asia
