ON-SITE TRAINING ON EACDS APPLICATION IN MYANMAR

The SEAFDEC Training Department (SEAFDEC/TD) in collaboration with the Department of Fisheries, Myanmar organized on-site training on the use of the electronic ASEAN Catch Documentation Scheme (eACDS) from 9 to 13 December 2019 in Yangon, Myanmar. There were 18 participants who conduct on the port in port out control and issuance for Catch Declaration (CD), Movement Document (MD), and Catch Certification (CC) and seven (7) ACDS working team from SEAFDEC/TD attended in this Training. The training focused on the use of eACDS application in the part of the port in port out until issuance of CD. Moreover, importance of Key Data Elements (KDEs) for eACDS database and verification of eACDS application through eACDS implementation plan for 2020 were conducted.
