Year 1993 -2003 : Monograph of Fishing Gear and Methods in Southeast Asia

          Information on "Fishing gear and methods in Southeast Asia" has been collected, and published with the financial support of Japanese Trust Fund Program through SEAFDEC Training Department, implemented during 2001-2005 under the project entitled "Responsible Fishing Technology and Practices". The activities of the project included: (i) survey of fishing gear and methods in some of the Member Countries of SEAFDEC; (ii) revision and updating the previous publications of SEAFDEC/TD on fishing gear and methods printed since 1986; and (iii) dissemination of the series of technical handbooks of the fishing gear and methods in Southeast Asian Countries.
