Research and Development Division Head (RDDH)
She is currently the Head of the Research and Development Division at the SEAFDEC Training Department. In this role, she is responsible for supporting research coordination, capacity development, and policy-relevant work related to fisheries management in Southeast Asia. She is a fisheries professional with expertise in the Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management (EAFM) and Small-scale Fisheries (SSF), with experience in promoting participatory and science-informed fisheries management. Her work involves close coordination with government agencies, as well as regional and international organizations and development partners. She is a contributes to regional capacity building through training design, technical review, mentoring of researchers, and the preparation of technical and policy-oriented reports.
