Fisheries Management Researcher (FMR)
She experienced fisheries management scientist and gender specialist with over 20 years of experience in socioeconomic research, co-management, EAFM, and market studies. Works with SEAFDEC to maintain the mainstream gender, strengthen community resilience, and improve social inclusion in fisheries livelihoods. Her work focuses on small-scale fisheries supply chains to improve livelihoods for women, men, and marginalized and excluded groups through inclusive, equitable, and sustainable fisheries management.
