Delivery of Training Equipment to the Department of Fisheries
On 12 June 2026, SEAFDEC/TD officially handed over a set of solar-cell training equipment to the Fisheries Ground Development and Rehabilitation Group, Marine Fisheries Research and Development Division, Department of Fisheries. This event followed the completion of the training course on “Reducing the Costs of Small-Scale Fisheries Operations Using Solar Cells” held on 4 June 2026 in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province. The handover aimed to support future capacity-building activities and promote the continued dissemination of knowledge on solar energy applications in fisheries.
