The Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center, Training Department (SEAFDEC/TD) extended a warm welcome to a delegation of 17 students (13 females, 4 males) from Chulalongkorn University for an educational visit on 28 October 2026.

During the visit, SEAFDEC/TD arranged special lectures and knowledge-sharing sessions on vital navigational topics, including Pilot Navigation and Electronic Navigation. This educational visit aimed to significantly enhance the students’ knowledge and practical experience in the field. By bridging theoretical concepts with hands-on applications, the program provided valuable insights which will be highly beneficial for their current academic studies and future professional careers.
