SEAFDEC update ongoing activities to combat IUU Fishing in the 6th AN-IUU Meeting

A representative from the SEAFDEC Training Department (SEAFDEC/TD), Mr. Kongpathai Saraphaivanich, Training and Research Supporting Division Head, participated in the open session “Discussion with Dialogue Partners” during the 6th Meeting of the ASEAN Network for Combating IUU Fishing (AN-IUU) on 20 July 2026 via a virtual platform. During the session, he presented on the topic “Ongoing Initiatives to Combat IUU Fishing in Southeast Asia,” highlighting SEAFDEC’s current activities and capacity-building efforts dedicated to combating IUU fishing across the region.
