The SEAFDEC Training Department (SEAFDEC/TD) hosted six delegates from the Department of Fisheries and Coastal Development and the Gwadar Lasbela Livelihood Support Project (GLLSP-Phase II), Government of Balochistan, Pakistan on 9 April 2025. The visit included an introduction to SEAFDEC’s regional role and mission, discussions on combating illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing and fisheries resource stock assessments, and tours of the Fishing Workshop and M.V. SEAFDEC.
