SEAFDEC/TD Participates in Mangrove Planting and Fish Release Activity in Honor of His Majesty the King’s Birthday

SEAFDEC Training Department (SEAFDEC/TD) participated in a mangrove planting and fish release activity on 25 July 2025, held in the mangrove area in front of the Headquarters of the Mine Squadron, Royal Thai Fleet. The event was organized by the Mine Squadron Command of the Royal Thai Fleet in celebration of the birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn on 28 July 2025. The activity aimed to increase mangrove forest areas and help maintain the balance of the coastal ecosystem. It also sought to raise environmental awareness among participants, encouraging them to take part in tree planting and conservation efforts. Furthermore, the release of fish fingerlings contributes to the sustainable replenishment of aquatic resources in natural water bodies.
